E-M-O Construction is an experienced residential and commercial renovation company providing services for Exterior Finishes.
We provide services in the Greater Toronto Area (“GTA”), London, Windsor, and various areas in Ontario. For the past 20 years, we ensure our clients are 100% satisfied with the quality of workmanship.
Furthermore, we work with architects, developers, and homeowners designing absolute stunning projects.
The first step is to contact us! Provide us with necessary drawings, pictures, and details of the project. Consultations are free and there are no additional chargers.
Once we receive all the details a formal estimate will be delivered to review the total cost of the project.
Once an estimate is provided the next step would be a construction contract drawn up outlining specs and terms. A deposit will be required to schedule the project.
Then design process starts. A team will be sent out to take accurate measurements of the elevation. The team will then start sketches up until the client approves for the photorealistic design process.
Once sketches are complete a photorealistic design of the project will be provided.
Upon completion of the project, a walkthrough of the job site will be finished ensuring the quality and completion.
